Code of Conduct

In every company, difficult situations arise to which the workforce must react appropriately. The DREWES Group is no exception. With our Code of Conduct, we ensure that our employees behave as desired by acting in the interests of our company and their colleagues.

Our Code of Conduct contains a series of guidelines and rules that apply to our employees in their day-to-day work. It therefore serves as a guideline for legally, ethically and socially correct behaviour.

We regularly review compliance with this Code of Conduct as part of our internal management reviews. All employees of the DREWES Group confirm that they have read and understood the following Code of Conduct in full and put it into practice in their daily work.

The DREWES Group's Code of Conduct is based on the widely recognised template of the Darmstadt Rhine-Main-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which we have adapted to the business purpose of our company.
